Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To qualify the product must be in its original packaging and be unused.
To return a product

- We will send you a return adress
- Pay for return postage
- We will refund your money or ship a new product. Shipping fee is not refundable
Cancelling an order
We usually ship orders within 2 working days. You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee. Regardless of how much you buy, you pay the same amount. The exception is pushrim covers. Only one set of pushrim covers are allowed per purchase. To purchase more, contact us.
All shipments are sent by registered post. Approximate shipping time within Europe is 1-2 weeks. Outside of Europe shipping time i approximately 1 month.
If the post office cannot deliver the parcel to you, it will be returned to us. When this happens it can be reshipped to you or returned to stock. If we reship it to you, you will cover the shipping cost. If we must return it to stock, you must pay a 25% restocking fee.
When you place your order, you will be asked for information such as your address and phone number. We mainly use this information to ship your order. However, we may also be able to:
- Administer contests and surveys.
- Send emails.
- Improve our website
We will not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information. We may release your information when we believe release is required to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights or safety.
